Therese is certified in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. A full body wellness treatment is 90 minutes, and a series of 3 sessions within a one 6 week time frame is recommended for best results. For injuries to a limb where manual lymphatic drainage is indicated, a 60 minute treatment is recommended. The number of treatments will depend on how your body responds to treatment.
